We ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout or you require special shipping arrangements, please contact us at ethan.yi@hotmail.com.
Processing Time & Framing
Some artworks may require additional preparation before shipping. In particular:
Framed Paintings: Selected original artworks will be taken for professional framing after order confirmation. This process can take up to 15 business days.
Once framing is complete, the artwork will be carefully packed and dispatched with full tracking.
If you are unsure whether your selected piece requires framing, feel free to contact us before purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of the piece, and packaging requirements. Large or fragile items may incur additional handling fees. You will be notified of any such charges in advance.
Carriers & Delivery Times
We use trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days, excluding any delays due to customs clearance or extended preparation time for framing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges vary by country and are not included in your purchase or shipping total. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
Packaging
All artworks are packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe transit. Prints are shipped rolled in protective tubes, while framed or original pieces may be boxed or crated depending on size and fragility.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include tracking, and high-value artworks are fully insured during transit. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
